Case Study: UHE Solutions
Problem
When Jeneique Gomes launched UHE Solutions, she was starting from a blank page. A brand new consulting company. No website. No online presence to point people to.
And UHE isn’t a simple business to explain. It’s an organizational health advisory firm that helps leaders understand what’s getting in the way of their people’s performance, then turns those findings into real, measurable change. The offering includes a structured assessment, a 90-day transformation roadmap, a curated network of specialists, and an executive reporting platform. That’s a lot of depth to communicate to a busy leader in a few seconds.
There was another challenge, too. UHE works in a space where it could easily be mistaken for a wellness program or an engagement survey company. It’s neither. What sets UHE apart is the step most firms skip: implementation.
Jeneique needed a website that could earn trust from day one, explain a sophisticated methodology in plain language, and show the world the kind of company UHE was built to be.
Strategy
We started where every strong project starts: with a thorough discovery session.
Together, we dug into the heart of the business. We clarified UHE’s purpose, defined their audience, and articulated their mission, core values, brand personality, and tone of voice. We also pulled apart each service to get clear on the genuine value it offers clients, so leaders could quickly see how UHE helps them move forward.
Discovery Findings
A few things became clear quickly. UHE’s belief is simple: technology can improve efficiency, but people determine whether an organization truly thrives. The brand needed to feel executive, minimal, and polished. Closer to a strategy consultancy than a wellness brand. Evidence-first and confident, but never clinical. Warm without softening.
We also learned that the language had to do the heavy lifting. Every sentence needed to read as though the complexity had already been handled, so visitors only see the clarity on the other side. And technology would always play a supporting role, never positioned as the product itself.
The Messaging
From there, we used AI to help translate our discovery findings into key messaging for every page. It gave us a strong, strategic starting point that we then refined together, so the final copy sounds like UHE: direct, reassuring, and easy to understand.
The Build
Next came site organization and content wireframing, followed by the design and WordPress development. We structured the site to walk visitors through what UHE does, how the process works, and where to go next, with a “Book a Discovery Call” invitation always close at hand.
UHE’s 4D Framework™ got its own dedicated Process page, breaking the methodology into four clear stages (Discover, Diagnose, Design, Deliver), each paired with the executive question it answers. The visual style brings a sophisticated colour palette together with subtle movement and interactive elements that draw the eye without overwhelming the experience. We also built in a home for The Leadership Exchange Podcast, giving visitors another way to connect with UHE’s thinking.
Basic SEO and AI configuration were baked into the development. The site sits on a scalable foundation, and Jeneique walked away with documentation and training videos so she can confidently add and edit pages as UHE grows.
Results
The new website feels exactly like UHE: professional, clear, and people-centred.
From the first headline, visitors know what UHE does: improving workplace performance through workforce wellbeing. The homepage walks leaders through three simple steps, from the Organizational Health Assessment™ to the 90-Day Transformation Roadmap™ to hands-on implementation support, with a clear outcome attached to each one. The complexity is still there. It’s just been handled.
The 4D Framework™ has become a standout. Jeneique shared that people have specifically commented on how it helps them understand her process and what UHE actually does. The Performance Intelligence Platform™ is positioned right where it belongs, as the support system behind the consulting relationship. And the podcast adds personality and one more reason to stick around and explore.
Most importantly, the site delivers on the goals we set together. The design and content resonate with clients. It sets a strong foundation for brand trust, growth, and promotion. It’s ready to scale alongside the business. And Jeneique has the training to keep it current on her own.
